2020: Description F5 Explorum

F5 Explorum is a solution for recognizing objects on remote sensing images. A system based on computer vision and artificial intelligence analyzes orthophotoplanes, determines and identifies the boundaries of hogweed thickets in less than a minute in photographs with a resolution of 256 MP. She is trained in thousands of photographs and knows how to learn more while working.

F5 Explorum is integrated into any frontend interface systems through a web application and QGIS and operates as follows:

• Orthophotoplane enters the F5 Explorum system.
• Pre-trained neural networks analyze it and recognize the objects in the photo.
• They also distinguish the boundaries of the thickets of hogweed and freestanding weeds and give out orthophotoplane with clear boundaries.

Spray drones fly over the analyzed area and treat the isolated areas with herbicides. Under good weather conditions, one hectare of land is cultivated in 8-10 minutes.

Test tests of the system showed the accuracy of hogweed recognition on orthophotoplanes of more than 95%. A complex system that identifies areas infected with hogweed, determines the density of the weed, sets processing routes and selects effective herbicides, and saves 20-30% of agrochemistry. The system also speeds up the processing of areas by more than two times.
