FIS Docflow is the automation system of processes of work at all stages of lifecycle of the document.

2019: Modules. Features

For April, 2019 the FIS Docflow system includes 3 main modules:

• Module of work with documents
  • Allows to create draft documents, to register the entering and outgoing documents, to register organizational and administrative documents and also to create other documents in a system.

• Module of work with instructions
  • Automates functions of the movement of documents, executions of instructions according to documents and control of execution of instructions. The module has ample opportunities for setup of routes of the movement of documents.

• Storage of electronic documents
  • It is intended for physical storage of a card of electronic documents and investments. The storage allows to organize the hierarchical directory of documents and provides storage of all document revisions.

FIS Docflow allows to configure an organization structure and to use it at appointment of contractors of tasks. So, for example, in a system there is an opportunity to send the document for familiarization to all sales managers or to request approval of the head of department. Use of appointments on the basis of positions allows not to change processes at change of personnel structure.
