Development IT market comes out - the Russian analysts SimpleHR, a web service for automation - HR analytics. The full release is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2023. The company FTO announced this on September 21, 2023.

SimpleHR receives the original data from the 1S:ZUP through a special connector. Connecting to the personnel accounting system takes about an hour, after which the service displays the following metrics on dashboards:

  • headcount and dynamics,
  • staff turnover,
  • reasons for layoffs,
  • information on structure of personnel (in a section of divisions / positions / experience / age and education level),
  • possible data errors and remediation recommendations.

The developers plan in the near future to supplement the functionality of the solution with analytics on PHY, absentism, labor productivity. In addition, the first customers can actively influence the filling of the product by participating in the discussion of the necessary functions.

SimpleHR service mechanism

SimpleHR helps you analyze your company's HR processes and get up-to-date data at any time. The interactive service is easy to use and has a modern design. With SimpleHR, it will no longer take time to generate manual reporting, users can learn everything about personnel in one click.

The solution is intended for HR specialists and business owners who need to solve problems in human resources in a timely manner, but do not have the opportunity to fully implement a BI solution.

In FTO practice, there are many BI projects for creating solutions for analyzing financial and production indicators, sales metrics and inventory management. A couple of years ago, in the HR department, we identified the need to automate the calculation of HR metrics. Based on our expertise, we have developed a calculation methodology. The main source of data was the accounting personnel system (1C: Payroll and HR Management). After a successful launch inside the FTO, it was decided to replicate the decision. This is how the SimpleHR web service appeared, - said Sergey Fenzel, head of BI FTO practice.
