In October 2023, Fibbee, which develops the service of automated coffee outlets of the same name in Russia, introduced a domestic station, which is said to cook more than 90 cups of coffee per hour without human help. This is twice as much as a barista in a traditional coffee shop can do, according to the creators of the development.

The new coffee station was created by domestic experts in the field of digital technologies and coffee business. By October 10, 2023, nine smart coffee shops in Moscow and St. Petersburg are presented in Russia.

The coffee station is operated in digital format: on the screen in a coffee shop or remotely through an application according to an individual recipe, where you can customize the strength of the espresso, choose different types of alternative milk, syrup and indicate the temperature of the drink.

As noted in Fibbee, the new generation coffee houses are based on their own developments in the field, the software creation of a robotic barista, a unique milk and syrup station in the world, which allows you to use an unlimited amount of alternative milk, syrups, as well as other liquid blanks.

The company emphasized that the beverage quality control system is an integrated model of interaction between video fixation with AI, weight control of each drink and real-time data for each order. This excludes 99% of human-specific formulation errors, Fibbee said.
