Financial plan

The product "Finplan" is intended for planning of financial activities, comparison of actual data with planned, formations of managerial reports, control of cash flow.

Features and program capabilities:

• Input of planned data;
• Loading of actual data from the external accounting systems of 1C: Enterprise and the MS Excel;
• Formation of managerial reports (Balance, BDR, BDDS), the plan-fact analysis and other comparative reports in different analytical cuts;
• Accounting according to any chart of accounts of budgeting;
• Consolidation of the intra group turnovers given with exarticulation;
• Forecasting of cash gaps;
• Formation of payment documents under the terms of calculations of agreements;
• Electronic approval of documents, preparation of the register of payments.

The current version of the program uses file exchange: data are unloaded from the external accounting bases (configured on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform) in the external file then are loaded into the Finplan configuration.

The Finplan configuration is original, but not independent, it is necessary to have the set 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform of the version not lower than 8.3.8 for its work.

The configuration is developed using functionality of 1C:Subsystems Library 8.3.

The configuration is protected from copying, has the software modules unavailable to change by the user.
