The program Fire safety is developed according to the Technical regulation (certificate of conformity No. ROSS RU.SP15. H00238 of Gosstandart of Russia).

WHAT NEW IS IN THE PROGRAM

 The integrated valuation method of the fire in the building/premises which allows to calculate changes of dangerous factors of the fire taking into account dynamics of development of the seat of fire and distribution of products of burning on the building is implemented;  The graphics mode of information input on evacuation ways and premises, with a possibility of import of a substrate in in the bmp and dxf formats is made;  Printing of the graphic report on any format from A5 to A0 is implemented.

APPOINTMENT AND SCOPE

The program allows to execute:

 calculation of individual fire risk for the building;  calculation of time of evacuation of people for premises and the building, including tabular and legal calculations (a descriptive and graphics mode of information input);  calculation of critical time of duration of the fire (valuation methods of the fire indoors are implemented integral and analytical): on the increased temperature; on visibility loss; on the lowered oxygen content; on each of gaseous toxic products of burning.

As initial data for calculations serve characteristics of premises and plans of evacuation for different scenarios of possible development of the fire. Each plan of evacuation includes the description of characteristics of the arisen fire and also a tree of sections of the movement of people to emergency exits. At the same time influence of doorways, staircases and also the delays arising because of accumulation of people on certain sections of an evacuation way is considered.

Are included the electronic reference according to regulating documents in structure of the program, an example of filling of the explanatory note according to the section Fire Safety in the MS Word format, an example of filling of the fire declaration.

There is a textbook a demostration for training of work with the program.

The two-zonal model of the fire in the building is developed.

At present the program undergoes trial operation in TsNIIEP of the engineering equipment and in Udmurtgrazhdanproyekt Ltd.

The program Fire safety works running the Windows 98/2000/XP/2003/Vista/Windows7 operating systems.
