Fixstars SSD-13000M is the solid state drive with a capacity of 13 TB.
On January 14, 2016 the Fixstars Solutions company announced the beginning of production of the SSD drive SSD-13000M[1].
The device of a form factor 2.5", is created on a basis a flash memory with the layered design of cells (Multi Level Cell — MLC) made on the basis of 15-nanometer technical process.
The drive is equipped with the SATA interface, supports a data exchange rate of 6 Gbps. The maximum speed of consecutive reading 580 Mbps supported by the SSD-13000M model, records — 520 Mbps.
