For February, 2019 therapeutic system 5008S is based on quality, opportunities and experience of system 5008. It is focused on a possibility of broad application of advanced methods of treatment.

System 5008S was developed for the only purpose — to offer GDF Online to bigger number of patients, doing this type of therapy by the standard in daily dialysis practice.

System 5008S offers following features for patients and personnel of the dialysis center:

• convenience to all users;

• centralized operation by means of the Touch Screen "Intuitivno Ponyatnoye" screen of the control menu;

Extracorporal circulation:

• monitoring of transmembrane pressure — display border from-100 mm of Hg to +400 mm Hg, resolution is 5 mm of Hg;
• the blood pump — the effective speed of a blood-groove is 30–600 ml/min., accuracy is ±10%;
• the system of one-needle dialysis — with two pumps. Internal control on type pressure/pressure with a variable volume of emission (max. 50 ml);
• the detector of air inclusions — the ultrasonic detector on the line of blood, in addition — tracking of level and optical monitoring;
• the geparinovy pump — the speed of introduction is 0.5-10 ml/hour, function of a bolyus of 1.0-20.0 ml, the size of the syringe is 20 ml, 30 ml.

System of circulation of dialyzate:

• the change of a flow of dialysis liquid set — 0–1000 ml/min. (with a step to 100 ml/min.);
• AutoFlow (set) is automatic adaptation of a flow of dialyzate depending on the effective speed of a blood-groove (the set mode);
• EcoFlow is a flow of 100 ml/min (State Duma) during preparation and reinfusion;
• dialyzate temperature — 34–39 °C.

System of circulation of dialyzate:

• the conductivity of dialyzate — limits 12.8-15.7 MS/cm, accuracy is ±0.1 MS/cm;
• concentration of sodium in dialyzate — a blending weight randomly set, for example, to 1+44.1+34 125-151 mmol/l depending on a concentrate, installation limits ± 10% of basic concentration;
• concentration of bicarbonate in dialyzate — a blending weight by default 1 +27.6 (others are possible), limits of installation of 24.0-40.0 mmol/l (with a step to 0.5 mmol/l);
• OCM is the monitor of clearance Online Clearance Monitoring, accuracy of determination of K ± 6%;
• BTM (Option) — temperature measurement the Accuracy of ±0.2 °C, temperature monitoring of a body allows change of ±0.5 °C, recirculation measurement the accuracy of ±2%;
• BVM (Option) — the relative volume of blood (RBV) of 1.7% (absolute), gematokrit (Hct) ± 2.9 Hct of % (at plasma concentration of protein of 60-85 g/l), hemoglobin (Hb) of ±0.8 g/dl, temperature of 0.1 °C (33.5-40 °C);

• cleaning of Sporotal 100 (recirculation) — a temperature/flow of 37 °C/600-800 of ml/min. (set);
• hot disinfection of Diasteril/Citrosteril (recirculation) — a temperature/flow of 85 °C/600-800 of ml/min. (set);
