FreshOffice CRM is the solution of the class CRM developed by the Russian company SMTsoft. The main emphasis during creation was put on product availability for most of employees of the company and fast adaptation. FreshOffice CRM is the platform integrating the set of applications, necessary for effective business. For 2013 the number of users of FreshOffice exceeded 20,000, and continues to grow.
Data storage is performed in data centers based on Microsoft Azure. It allows to work with all command in a unified environment, constantly measuring efficiency and analyzing work of each department. The product is focused on profit increase of users, cost reductions, transparency and accountability of all business processes. CRM, project management, the conclusion of transactions, fast and convenient document flow, finance and budgeting, the IP telephony, analytics, KPI for employees, file storage, message exchange, personal accounts for clients. All processes, before accomplishment of orders come from customer relationship management in the uniform application. Mobile applications with wide functionality are available to users of Android and iOS.

FreshOffice CRM 5.2
In the new version of FreshOffice 5.2 more than 50 updates which affected each system module are implemented. Key changes:
- the updated and simplified design of the built-in VoIP-phone, expansion of its functionality,
- adding of different user functions,
- possibility of import of currency rates from the website of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation,
- management of inducement and reference designations of currencies for creation of templates,
- adding of new reports of ABC - and XYZ analyses,
- the updated detailed User guide.
The main functional system modules of FreshOffice 5.2 allow to conduct communication with partners, to set tasks and to monitor their accomplishment, to carry out complex job analysis of each employee and the company in general, to control financial flows and to conduct document flow. Besides, users can directly communicate from a system with clients, make calls, send messages to colleagues and many other things.
Users of software products of FreshOffice get a free technical support both at the time of updating, and during the entire period of use of the CRM system.
On August 8, 2012 at a webinar 'the Office' was provided to FreshOffice the innovation interface and unique opportunities of the Personal account. Creation of the convenient communication system with clients became a key innovation. New functionality allows to work effectively with data, to provide access to files and financial components, to communicate, without quitting the system. Increase in efficiency of interaction with partners is result of creation of Personal accounts.

The solution is directed to rapid, budget implementation. The configuration is allocated only with the modules which are the most demanded during start. FreshOffice CRM Light
Light version. Ideal solution for sales departments. The configuration is allocated with the main modules demanded in the course of the organization of work of sales-managers. There is a possibility of the subsequent updating to versions with more expanded functionality.
FreshOffice CRM Pro
Full-function version. Turns on all main modules monitoring work with the partner: from an adding stage in the database, before implementation of the actual transaction. Optimal and most demanded solution.

FreshOffice Cloud solution
Customer relationship management system and control of internal processes on a cloud platform.
In addition to the backbone block of the CRM platform, the product contains a complex of modules of the Task, the Transaction, Projects, Documents, Files, Finance, Analytics, Mailing. Quick access to work key performance indicators, the IP telephony, KPI for employees, a chat, personal accounts for clients is provided in a system. Mobile applications with wide functionality are available to users of Android and iOS.
FreshOffice for iPhone
In May, 2015 mobile application of FreshOffice for iPhone was provided. Earlier the company already published the mobile client in Google Play, its concept repeated also in applications for iOS. Mobile FreshOffice represents the control panel the company on a palm. He allows to analyze for read seconds current situation in the company, to control efficiency of managers and to adjust the area of work.
Integration of the module of the Task into Google Calendar
This functionality allows to keep the general schedule with those who did not join FreshOffice yet: it can be clients, partners and other partners.
Functionality of the module Warehouse
In May, 2015 the first part of functionality of the new module Warehouse in which users will be able to organize an inventory control was shown, to control remaining balance and to messages all accompanying document flow. In the current release the detailed card of goods and an opportunity to add its photo is available to users. In the following two phases of implementation of the Warehouse all relevant documents according to which information on a remaining balance will be displayed will be submitted. It will allow to carry out inventory, write-off and other important tasks.
The innovation allows to possess up-to-date and exact information on an inventory control and to be aware of in what quantity these or those goods are provided and as successfully it is implemented.
The new module FreshOffice CRM will be useful to those who are engaged in production and/or sales of goods, to distributors, and, of course, it is the irreplaceable tool for temporary storage warehouses.
In the module "Warehouse" the general list of names, the prices, reserves and a remaining balance is submitted, at the same time to change and add all characteristics of goods, including different categories of the prices and the image of goods, it is possible directly in the interface of the CRM system. The card of goods contains the complete information about a position: characteristics, structure, suppliers, history of movements on warehouses, information on a reserve, etc.
The new module supports import of prices and goods from documents and also import/export of a remaining balance with a possibility of introduction of adjustments, including movement of goods between categories.
Tools of the module "Warehouse" allow to put down the minimum quantity of goods which should be in a warehouse (not reduced remaining balance), or to deliver prohibition on sale. Setting the minimum price of goods, it is possible to determine the maximum size of discounts at once. If some of names reached the minimum level, a system will automatically send the message.
During the work with goods in the new version of FreshOffice CRM fixed functions are used: arrival, expense, movement between warehouses, input of a remaining balance and reservation. For determination of the actual existence of goods inventory which is also reflected in the new module is carried out.
Products which are considered in Warehouse can be absolutely different (for example if the company implements food, home appliances, bicycles) and to be delivered by different suppliers. For viewing the last up-to-date information warehouse reports are provided, namely — turnover and balance and inventory sheets.
Thanks to new functionality of FreshOffice CRM printing of delivery notes in the XLS and PDF formats with automatically substituted necessary data became possible (a source address, the buyer, bank details, etc.) and also creation of the logic managing by passing of the order from "New / it is not processed" to "Pay/are successfully shipped".
The new module "Warehouse" versions of FreshOffice CRM 7 provides to users effective tools on accounting of goods, allows to estimate a remaining balance and to plan purchases. Thanks to these tools employees will always have up-to-date information on existence of goods and its location.
