2019: Release of the solution DocumentFlow

On August 27, 2019 the Fujitsu company provided DocumentFlow, the simple web application in use which applies blockchain technology to control of reliability of any digital file or a corporate asset, including documents, audio-and video files, images and files practically from any applications. DocumentFlow is created within the Fujitsu Flow software package, in addition to InvoiceFlow, the application for protection against fraud with accounts.

As noted in Fujitsu as the companies use more and more "smart" solutions with a large number of network connections, all of them are more often forced to control and manage in the large volume of the saved-up data. These digital data are of great value for the companies that does trust to accuracy of the information by a crucial condition. DocumentFlow can instantly note and mark any changes in documents and also helps to trace the history of distribution and the changes made to the materials protected by copyright or in the protected corporate and white state papers. DocumentFlow registers all events happening to data using the unchangeable magazine of audit which also simplifies accomplishment of checks. Fujitsu DocumentFlow uses blockchain technology to provide notarial service for digital assets that provides full control and accounting of each of them.
