2016: Fujitsu Primergy BX2560 M2 и BX2580 M2
On April 1, 2016 Fujitsu announced complete upgrade of a line of the dual-processor Primergy servers, since desk-side servers and finishing with computing nodes for high-performance clusters.
In particular, the company released the Primergy BX2560 M2 and BX2580 M2 servers.
Primergy BX blade system - basic modules for creation of convergent IT infrastructures. They are created on the basis of modular architecture and show high rates of density of placement and scalability. Their use helps the companies to simplify the infrastructures, to cut down expenses and to increase flexibility of systems.
2015: Fujitsu PRIMERGY BX2580 M1
On February 9, 2015 the Fujitsu company announced expansion of a line of the dual-processor PRIMERGY servers model for the data processing centers operating in conditions of restrictions of energy consumption and the occupied space.
Fujitsu PRIMERGY BX2580 M1 is the blade server optimized for virtualization and other resource-intensive workloads.
Fujitsu PRIMERGY BX2580 M1, 2014
As a part of systems the Intel Xeon processors of E5-2600 v3 family and superfast technology of memory of DDR4 promoting performance improvement of applications. Besides, Fujitsu helps to reduce labor input of work of IT personnel on administration and management of server groups due to such innovation additions as instrumental means of Embedded Lifecycle Management which is a part of the software popular set of Fujitsu ServerView Suite.
The model is optimized for integration into the operating networked environments. The server can dynamically scale input-output bandwidth according to requirements of applications thanks to unique, modular, scalable LOM architecture (LAN On Mainboard), the so-called DynamicLoM allowing replacement on site to operation and multiple convergent network adapters.
2013: Fujitsu PRIMERGY BX924 S3
The PRIMERGY system for dual-processor servers showed result of 10.94@10 tiles1 in the VMware VMmark 2.1.1 test.
Several servers or components allow customers to consolidate a blade servers of Fujitsu PRIMERGY and at the same time to lower investment costs. Reduction of number of servers leads also to reduction of operating costs as processes of service and management become simpler, quicker and cheaper. The maneuverability of business is reached thanks to simple modular construction and useful functions which help to carry out deployment much quicker: within several minutes, but not hours.
One more opportunity for consolidation of servers is opened by their virtualization. It allows to implement consolidation due to use of several virtual servers on one hardware platform. A blade servers of Fujitsu PRIMERGY BX are ideal for virtualization of servers of standard architecture, providing a number of advantages: improvement of management, higher readiness and efficiency of operation due to sharing of infrastructure and virtual input-output.
Blade servers of Fujitsu PRIMERGY BX differ in higher performance in the virtualized environments in comparison with other systems. Thanks to it company competitiveness increases and the potential for improvement of business indicators is created.
