Fujitsu Primergy CX600 M1
In composition on the PRIMERGY CX600 M1 chassis the computing PRIMERGY CX1640 M1 nodes which form clusters ultrahigh [1] are integrated[2]
The PRIMERGY CX600 M1 system with 8 independent servers in one body 2U high supports the ultrahigh density of component placement and provides the calculating capacity 9 times higher in comparison with the two-socket server 1U high mounted in a rack. In a standard server rack it is possible to place up to 168 computing nodes that guarantees incredibly high level of the overall peak capacity of a system – over 500 TFLOPS (TFLOPS/DP) at accomplishment of calculations with double precision.
Besides, the PRIMERGY CX600 M1 servers will create a core of the Oakforest-PACS supercomputer, the order for which creation Fujitsu received from the Tokyo and Tsukubsky universities which performance will reach 25 petaFLOPS (or 25 quadrillion transactions with a floating comma per second). "Oakforest-PACS" consisting of 8208 computing nodes will be ready to commissioning in December, 2016 and according to the statement of the company will become one of the fastest supercomputers in the world.
Server nodes in PRIMERGY CX600 M1 have the general infrastructure with the central fans of cooling and power supplies placed in one chassis with a possibility of hot swap. It reduces energy consumption and allows to organize maintenance of each server separately, without breaking work of other nodes of the chassis. Besides, reservation of the general components provides high system availability.
It is in addition possible to select a configuration with support of the innovative technology of direct liquid cooling of the Fujitsu Fujitsu Cool-Central printed circuit board which uses hot water with the temperature of 45 °C and takes away warmly directly from the printed circuit board of the server and the VRM module (voltage controller). Only one it allows to cut down expenses on the cooling system of data processing centers on 50% and also to provide increase in density of placement of the equipment in data processing centers for implementation of the most ambitious HPC-projects without the need for increase in power supply and increase in power of the cooling systems in the existing DPCs.
Fujitsu Primergy CX2550 M2 и CX2570 M2
On April 1, 2016 Fujitsu announced updating of the line of the dual-processor Primergy servers, since desk-side servers and finishing with computing nodes for high-performance clusters.
The systems of horizontal scaling Primergy CX are specially developed for cloud environments, high-performance computing and complex calculations, including standard workloads of the scientific organizations, for example, of the universities and research institutes.
By means of Cool-safe Advanced Thermal Design technology which ensures reliable functioning at a temperature up to 45 °C systems CX reduce requirements to ventilation of data processing centers and reduce expenses on cooling.

Fujitsu Primergy CX240 S1
The Fujitsu corporation at the beginning of March, 2013 released the new server Primergy CX240 S1 complex, a failover two-nodal cluster, positioned as completely ready to use, which has the price, available to SMB, and is rather easy-to-work for those companies where there is no experienced system administrator.
The cluster consists of two two-socket superdense Primergy CX272 S1 servers installed in one dvukhyunitovy rack chassis based on the Intel Xeon processors E5-2600 working running Microsoft Windows Server 2012, and placed in the same chassis of twelve 3.5-inch hard drives. Disks of a cluster integrate in the pool of disk capacity, general for both servers, using the Storage Spaces function from Windows Server 2012 that eliminates need for use as the general storage system of a cluster of expensive RAID of disks. As approves Fujitsu, at failure of one of servers of its application already in a few minutes will be able to resume the work on the second server of a cluster using the Failover Clustering mechanism implemented in standard edition Windows Server 2012.
Fujitsu Primergy CX420
The Fujitsu company presented in March, 2013 the solution which will help the companies of small and medium business to use surely the information and communication technologies (ICT) for business process optimization. The new Fujitsu PRIMERGY CX420 system presented at the CeBIT exhibition offers the simplified technology of a clustering designed to reduce idle times and to guarantee the continuity of business processes in case of refusal of an ICT system.
PRIMERGY CX420 S1 is a cluster server platform which consists of two separate server PRIMERGY CX272 S1 nodes placed in one chassis. She uses the functions of high readiness provided Microsoft Windows to Server 2012 OS, opening access to cluster technologies for new unprecedentedly low prices. In case of refusal one of two cluster nodes a system automatically starts other node which inclusion and complete preparation for work takes some minutes. This process is called processing of failures; it does not provide continuous operability of a system in case of its failure, however minimizes unplanned idle times and interruption of service.
The cluster of Fujitsu PRIMERGY CX420, ready to work right after purchase, is equipped with internal space for data of shared access, thus excepting the need for an additional external system of data storage. Difficult controllers of RAIDs of hard drives are also replaced with simpler solution with the disks of SAS connected via the Host Bus Adaptor adapter, and the functionality of Storage Spaces which is built in Windows Server 2012 OS which allows to reduce capital investments.
"Unplanned idle times of the server are costs of time and means, not to mention inconvenience. Today the companies of small and medium business depend on ICT not less, than large enterprises, but at the same time still do not hurry to implement technologies of high availability because of their high cost and complexity. For the solution of this problem we offer the new Fujitsu PRIMERGY CX420 server the — a checked, inexpensive ready server system which allows to prevent IT idle times and at the same time profitable differs at the price from models for big business" — Uwe Neumeier, the vice president of division of PRIMERGY of Fujitsu Technology Solutions company noted.
The Fujitsu PRIMERGY CX420 S1 and PRIMERGY CX272 S1 servers can be ordered in the countries of Central Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India since March, 2013, directly from Fujitsu or through partners. The prices depend on a configuration and the region.
