According to information for March, 2019 the Optima MR450w MR-system of 1.5 T with a set of GEM coils is focused on creation of more comfortable conditions for the patient without loss of high quality and functionality. It combines possibilities of a wide-aperture MR-system and a method of a geometrical scope.

The Optima MR450w MR-system of 1.5 T with a set of GEM (GEM) coils is also the embodiment of approach to magnetic and resonant visualization when the equipment and technological solutions geometrically adapt to patients.

MR450w is created on the basis of completely updated MR-platform and has the following functionality:

• The OpTix technology is digitization of a signal indoors where the magnet, for the purpose of increase in a signal-to-noise ratio is set.
• Field of the overview of 50 cm – accommodation of patients of larger sizes.
• High-precision gradients – the optimized performance management of a gradient for the purpose of performance improvement in such difficult scopes as obtaining cardiological, diffusion images, FMRT and FIESTA.
• Technology of decrease in acoustic noises (ART) – decrease in acoustic noises when carrying out researches of a brain, spinal cord and a skeletal and muscular system without loss of quality of images.

The Optima MR450w MR-system with a set of GEM coils differs in the design focused on safety of the patient. Considering work of specialists and experience of the patient, GE select the following key characteristics:

• Aperture with a diameter of 70 cm – a tunnel with bright lighting from within and the extending gentra allow to feel comfortable and surely.
• The management console of IROC located in MR-protsedurnoy – a possibility of fast setup of a MR-system for carrying out inspection using the color console of high resolution located on the front panel of a magnet. Simplicity of observation of the patient, a system status and information on scanning and also control and the choice of parameters in real time directly indoors for scanning.
• Graceful bilateral control panel – an ability to manage scanning parameters from any party of a table. * Simplicity of training of the patient and quick access to warm or additional assignments and also to a dropper.
• Positioning of the patient of IntelliTouch – performance improvement of the MR-research thanks to function of positioning of the patient of IntelliTouch. It eliminates need for laser setup, allowing it is correct to locate the patient in only 30 seconds.
• The directed LED illumination of LED – the directional lighting set on each side Optima MR450w increases the general esthetic attractiveness of a system.

Innovations:

• Magnet – the magnet with high uniformity of magnetic field 50 × 50 × 50 cm allowing to cover more anatomic areas at smaller quantity of investigation phases.
• The OpTix technology is a large number of channels, conversion of analog signals in digital where it is necessary: in the room of scanning, for minimization of noise during transmission of a signal on optical fiber.
• The technology of decrease in an acoustic noise of ART – use of technologies of passive and active noise reduction allows to lower acoustic noises for improvement of perception of the procedure by the patient.
• Visualization without use of contrast substance – accomplishment of visualization of the lower extremities in high resolution without use of contrast substance using Inhance DeltaFlow, neurovisualization of arteries and veins using 3D PC Inhance, quantitative visualization of perfusion using 3D ASL and also continuous and reliable visualization at free breath of network of veins and arteries using Inhance Inflow IR. All without use of contrast substance.
• High quality of visualization of a mammary gland – thanks to the IDEAL and VIBRANT Flex applications the scope of big parts of the body more than ever became possible earlier.
• Visualization of all backbone by merge of two sections – it is possible to receive the image of all backbone much quicker, and even different in contrast.
• The technology three-dimensional arterial backs marking (3D ASL) – creates the image of a brain with a complete scope and a high signal-to-noise ratio, being the excellent instrument of diagnostics of tserebrovaskulyarny defeats.

According to the producer, Optima MR450w with a set of GEM coils provides high-quality magnetic and resonant visualization when carrying out a broad spectrum of researches. Among other features there are MR-systems:

• More favorable conditions for patients – the large diameter of a tunnel, visualization in provision legs forward, the technology of sound insulation, an esthetics and technology features of the GEM system focused on increase in comfort of patients help to remove basic reasons of concern of patients and non-compliance with instructions by patients during inspection.
