This is just the second direction - secure voice communication. We are signing a relatively small contract right now, for a thousand SIM cards. I can't name the company yet because of the confidentiality agreement. But our ambitions extend to all communication for civil servants. This is a large market in relation to the current size of the business of GLONASS JSC. We believe that this direction on the horizon of two or three years will grow by an order of magnitude in volumes, - he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

According to Raikevich, the SIM card created by GLONASS JSC, which has the largest radio coverage in the Russian Federation thanks to the use of the infrastructure of the four largest cellular operators, is of keen interest. Kicksharing services, vending machines, telematics devices for transport, as well as manufacturers of smart electricity meters are connected to the GLONASS network, he added.
