The solution GMCS EAM is developed based on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and intended for the complete solution of tasks of maintaining the normative reference information (NRI), to planning, execution control, the cost accounting on maintenance and repairs of the equipment. The solution optimum is suitable for the capital-intensive industries, such as mechanical engineering, power, oil and gas industry, chemical industry.

GMCS EAM covers business processes from daily status monitoring before project implementation of reconstruction of business assets that is especially relevant for the enterprises with difficult business assets. The solution is completely integrated with financial to modules, the flexible system of settings under approval financial the analyst allows to create automatically financial results on the basis of operations on service and repairs of the equipment.

  • Formation of process charts and estimates of repairs;
  • Work planning and ensuring resource requirements taking into account features of hardware maintenance: practices, regulations of TO;

Solution components

The solution includes the following main modules:

  • Certification of business assets:

    • the Hierarchical qualifier of the equipment in technical places: the item of equipment can be traced to position level in the technical place in the description of installation sites of the equipment in a technology system.
    • Classification by models: the hierarchical qualifier allows to classify the equipment by classes, types, types, models. It is possible to tie technical cards on maintenance and repairs to models of the equipment.
    • Technology qualifiers: a set of additional qualifiers allows to classify the equipment under industry standards (for example, by the KKS codes in power) or to assign codes for communication with the PCS systems.
    • Attributes of items of equipment: using the flexible system of attributes it is possible to set different sets of additional attributes for different types of items of equipment. For example, for power electric equipment of the equipment – tension, current intensity, for pipelines – pressure, diameter, wall thickness, etc. A set of attributes is not limited.
    • Maintaining diagrams of repairs and maintenance: a system allows to keep diagrams of maintenance and repair of the equipment. Frequency of works can depend both on lives, and on the actual operating time of the equipment.
    • Accounting of an operating time: the solution practices will allow to keep account. Data on an operating time can be used in the subsequent when forming work plans on a MRO. Along with manual entry of data a system allows to organize an automatic procedure of data acquisition for an operating time from the PCS systems.

  • Storage of historical data on the equipment:

On each item of equipment historical data which can be used for the subsequent statistical analysis are stored in a system:

    • history of movements of the equipment;
    • history of defects;
    • history of repairs of the equipment, assessment of their cost;
    • history of stops of the equipment, including abnormal;
    • operating time meter readings in time, etc.

  • Formation of process charts and estimates:

    • the possibility of formation of process charts and estimates on work types Is provided.
    • Process charts include a set of transactions, the specification of necessary spare parts and supplies, the used instruments and devices for each transaction, safety conditions, the list and values of controlled parameters, an order of carrying out tests.
    • the Flexible mechanism of use of estimate coefficients which inflation amendments will allow to consider by drawing up perspective plans of works.

  • Work planning:

Automation of planning process of works is based on data:

    • standards of planned TO and repairs;
    • accounting of an operating time of the equipment;
    • process charts on work types;
    • matrix of priorities.

  • Registration of defects:

    • Electronic journal of defects of "on line"
    • an Opportunity to classify defects and to create tasks for their elimination.

  • Execution of works on the equipment

    • Group processing of a large number of orders;
    • the Possibility of change of the fact of execution of works and the material consumption in comparison with the plan, having saved at the same time the initial plan;
    • Behaviour of intermediate acceptance of works with formation of an intermediate financial result;
    • Formation of the acceptance act of works on the basis of accomplishment of many orders.

  • Formation of financial results:

    • Softwares to the executed orders form operations on write-off of materials in a warehouse and postings in the Ledger;
    • Functionality of cost accounting of the works performed by internal repair personnel on the basis of cost data of repair division from the Ledger;

  • Primary documents and report on carrying out repairs

    • Works order;
    • Delivery notes on write-off of materials and spare parts
    • Delivery notes on transfer of materials to be provided and spare parts
    • Acts of the performed works (KC2)
    • Registers of acts of the performed works as a contract method, economic method
    • Report on write-off of own materials
    • Actual costs in cuts: accounting items (Fixed assets) and OS groups, contractors/agreements, repair divisions, operational divisions, technology systems.

  • Storage and analysis of historical data:

    • history of repairs;
    • history of defects;
    • history of maintenance and diagnostics;
    • the plan fact the analysis on a MRO.

Automatic formation of a document package (accounts, acts of the performed works, etc.) is performed with grouping on any period (day, week, quarter, month, year).
