The Microsoft corporation registered in the summer of 2013 the specialized solution of GMCS for a public sector based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM intended for the organization and effective management of processes of rendering public services of the most different type. The solution is focused on use in the public institutions performing acceptance, processing and consideration of requests from the population and legal entities. Solution components can also find application in different federal state institutions of the Russian Federation and also in management structures of regional authorities.

The solution GMCS on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform for a public sector corresponds to the concept of xRM and offers enhanced capabilities for effective solution of three main objectives: improvement of an accounting system and data management, formation of new channels of interaction with consumers of public services, development of storage system and data management. According to forecasts, by 2018 70% of the population of the Russian Federation will use public services in electronic form. By this time a common information space for interaction of the population and the state should be created that offers wide prospects for use of the solution GMCS.

The solution contains necessary functionality for process control of processing and consideration of requests, creating a unified integrated environment for effective activity of staff of state bodies regarding the following processes connected with providing public services: input and editing data on requests; workflow implementation to destination, to consideration and preparation of documents according to requests; input and editing data on consumers of public services.

The solution allows to process the requests which arrived from the official sites of the organization, from the federal state information system "Uniform Portal of the Public and Municipal Services" and also registered in an internal system of electronic document management. At the same time the employee of state body receives a uniform point of processing of requests for providing public service. Formation of a request for obtaining information necessary for processing of the request, from other state body is automatic on the basis of the preconfigured templates.
