Galaktika Digital industrial platform

The Galaktika corporation at the beginning of September, 2018 together with Tekhmash concern, UVZ corporation and the Uraltransmash plant showed the concept of the digital industrial platform and its key services: management of cooperation production of products, exchange of technologies and capacities.

The digital industrial platform allows to organize end-to-end interaction of all participants: customers of industrial output, holdings, head enterprise and kooperant at all stages of product lifecycle — Anton Malkov, the board member of Galaktika corporation said.

The representative of Galaktika noted that use of service of management of production programs and cooperation will provide anticipatory control of critical deviations at contract performance of GOZ, VTS and civil products, having expanded the event management horizon to the second and third level of cooperation, will allow to plan the production program taking into account optimal loading of available capacities and to optimize modernization processes.

In turn, the exchange of technologies and capacities will give the chance to charge up free capacities of defense industry enterprises, making them available to civil orders. At the same time customers of industrial output quicker and with smaller labor costs will be able to study proposals of suppliers and to reduce their cost through a procedure of rating of participants of the exchange.

Joint use of services of the national industrial platform will allow to pass on new products to flexibly upgradeable options of kooperatsiionny communications taking into account criteria, relevant for the specific moment, to create conditions for the growth of a national industrial product, performance improvement of work and diversification of the enterprises of defense industry complex.
