The Galaktika of TORO — a System is intended for management of maintenance and repair of the equipment and support of tasks of departments of the chief mechanical engineer, the chief power engineer, the chief metrologist of industrial enterprises.

Among functions of the solution Galaktika Management of TORO there are additional options of the Templates of Objects of Repair directory, expansion of opportunities of formation of numbering of objects of repair; the developed means on use of settings; replenishment by new document types of the directory of objects of repair, new means for accomplishment of "package transactions".

Due to updating of the interface work of users at accomplishment of import of the objects of repair given in the directory considerably became simpler. There was an opportunity to create new report forms, to make changes, additions, at the same time adjusting data according to new requirements. There was available an option of introduction of correction factors in documents which allows to apply them at the subsequent calculation of data.

The most important condition of effective work of users with any information systems is the speed of the executed transactions. Considering customers needs, for increase in speed of report generation in the solution Galaktika Management of TORO transition to use of data access through DirectSQL was performed.

As a result of application of the solution Galaktika Management of TORO at the enterprise the efficiency of use of production capacities increases; losses from equipment downtimes are reduced; hardware maintenance is timely and systematically executed that prolongs the term of its operation and reduces costs on purchase of the new equipment; there is a possibility of efficiency analysis of operation of the equipment.

Among new features there are updates of fall of 2011 – the additional options allowing to adjust data entry and to provide information in user-friendlier type. Points of the local menu, a possibility of grouping on object of repair and rounding in repair accompanying documents are added. The system of work with reports is improved. In upgraded version of a labor cost and amount of material are recalculated automatically when calculating the request taking into account quantity of objects of repair. Their number is considered also when calculating in the request of end date of repair. There was an opportunity to perform grouping on the contractor of appropriate level of hierarchy. The technology of introduction of serial numbers of the all-logistic direction is supported. The new parameters which are responsible for a possibility of correction of a method of accomplishment, the contractor, curator of repair, a method of calculation, frequency and repair time, the link to standard repair, repair complexity are entered into the subsection of the register of the settings "Directory of Templates of Objects of Repair". At accomplishment of a number of package operations with diagrams of repair the user can independently regulate display of columns in the list of diagrams that allows to filter data and to select for himself more convenient scheme of work.
