2020: Start of service of robotization of business processes

On June 22, 2020 the Galex company announced service start – robotization of business processes of RPA (Robotic Process Automation). The first projects are executed in the company for increase in efficiency of own business.

In each organization there are routine workflows which employees should execute day by day. They take away a lot of time and are often executed with errors. For example, data transfer from one system in another, information search on the websites.

RPA is a technology of automation of routine transactions due to use of program robots. Robots perform work of employees on the set rules: interact with information systems, the websites, the text, images.

Robots execute routine transactions much quicker than employees and do it without errors. For example, in 2020 in the company we automated the system of check of partners. Earlier lawyers and accountants were engaged in it manually. They collected information on the partner on the websites, and then analyzed collected data. Depending on loading of employees, on it left on average up to 3 days. Now the robot carries out these tasks in 15-20 minutes.

Scope of RPA technology is very extensive. It can accelerate work of personnel department, accounting, IT service and other divisions. For example, to undertake tasks of search of personnel on the websites of vacancies, execution of sick and holiday leave notes, starting primary documents, payroll and is a lot of other functions. Average term of payback of RPA projects of 6-9 months.
