The hardware-software complex of Game-Keeper is intended for automation of the slot machine hall in family entertainment centers. Start of a game is performed by means of the plastic card uniform for all types of game machines and entertaining zones. This convenient modern solution which came to replacement to game counters. In a system there is a possibility of payment of games or services, both at the fixed price, and using time tariffing of stay in a game zone, for example: children's labyrinth, trampoline, skating rink, rollerdry. The powerful flexible system of creation of subscriptions and bonuses for formation of package offers for guests and implementation of marketing programs of an entertainment complex is implemented. Several game centers can use the uniform server of authorization of plastic cards that allows to build corporate networks of game clubs with single payment system.

The Game-Keeper system allows owners of game entertainment centers to manage automatically the game price depending on time of day, a day of the week, a season, holidays, a type of the automatic machine, loyalty of the guest and other factors, to receive detailed statistics on use of the gaming equipment, the rendered services, on cards, on transactions at the checkout and to prize-winning goods.

Thanks to the built-in interface of integration into automation systems of R-Keeper catering establishments and ticket sales system of the UCS Prime minister creation of a single payment and bonus system in the territory of all entertainment complex and carrying out single marketing shares is possible.

Basic principles of work of Game-Keeper

In the Game-Keeper system the major concept is the concept of a service package. The packet is object of sale through cash desk. It represents set of the purchased services, the conditions of application of a packet and rules of calculation of its price. Packets are developed by marketing service of entertainment center and entered into a system in advance.

The cashier only selects one of available packets depending on the guest's wishes, without having at the same time an opportunity to affect its price or other structural elements.

Describing the conditions of application of a packet, it is possible to specify a necessary status of the guest account (for example, the list of allowed or inadmissible levels, the minimum balance), the time frame when sale of a packet is admissible or inadmissible (for example, only on the working days from 10 to 17 hours), the list of cash desks and the list of cashiers for which it is possible (cannot be sold a packet. It is also possible to set conditions of mutual compatibility of packets and intervals of the card numbers suitable (unsuitable) for this packet. If there are cards differing under the terms of application (for example, VIP-cards, anniversary, etc.), in this case a system will automatically recognize them and will offer special packets.

Purchasing a packet, the guest can receive additional quantity of points or services in preferential price, to change the level of the account (that means transition to other tariff and discount and bonus rules) and also to move to a temporary (preferential) level (for example, purchase of one hour of a game on all game machines without restrictions). The description of temporary level includes the rule by which its action stops. Time level can expire or in the fixed timepoint, or on the termination of validity period from the moment of the first use, or at approach of other conditions.

On the additional services entering a packet, the guest receives the coupons which are automatically printed together with the check. For external systems where these services are rendered (for example, for a restaurant system if it is about a bonus dish or drink), coupons are means of check payment, and through Game-Keeper such services are carried out as free games (as their cost is included in a packet).

The flexible loyalty system of the guest is provided in the Game-Keeper system. Each rule of a system consists of an event, a condition and action. At approach of an event the core of Game-Keeper browses the available rules, checks conditions and makes the actions corresponding to the rule.

In the Game-Keeper system of promotion of loyalty it is described by rules of charge of bonus points which are added at the time of account replenishment. Account replenishment is an event. Not only replenishment of the key account, but also account of the coupons (issued by prize-winning automatic machines) and also start of a game on the automatic machine, rendering external service with write-off from the account of Game-Keeper, charge of a bonus or discount at the request of an external system can be an event. Besides, the event can be generated by approach of the new period or the beginning of new hour, day, weeks, month and year. The action made by the rule is not only charge of bonus points, but also appointment new (permanent or temporary) account level. Conditions of applicability of the rule of loyalty remind the conditions of application of a packet.

It is possible to connect attractions and any game zones to the Game-Keeper system: game rooms, autodrome, disco, children's creative workshop, Q-Zar, karting, jungle, Panic Room, etc.

2014: New version of Game-Keeper

On August 25, 2014 the UCS company announced an exit at the end of April, 2014 to the new version of a system of automation of entertainment centers of Game-Keeper. In it the analytics allowing to manage effectively the game center is implemented, considering all nuances of business.

In this version the analytical reports allowing a message financial planning at higher level are added. Cash flow (reflects overall balance of the center for all accounts):

  • Revenue on a Qassam
  • Points on devices (comparative reports on the last periods)
  • Revenue on types
  • Revenue on cashiers (details revenue on cashiers and point-of-sale terminals)
  • Report on currency

It is thinner to estimate activity of entertainment center, to develop marketing programs, the strategy of customer interaction, analytical reports of version 3.24 help to work on expansion of a circle of loyally configured visitors:

  • Distribution of the amounts of replenishments (helps to develop bonus grids and to carry out their analysis)
  • Distribution of accounts on the total amount of replenishments
  • Rating of devices
  • Hourly distribution of the amounts
  • ABC analysis (devices, goods and services)
  • RFM analysis

For implementation of address work with clients of game entertainment center in the Editor application the mechanism of segmentation of game cards according to the selected filters, a possibility of preserving of lists of cards (segments) for the subsequent analysis of mailings and the carried-out actions is implemented.
