2020: Start of online payment for card owners "Opti 24"

On May 22, 2020 Gazprom Neft announced expansion of functionality of proprietary mobile application of gas station.GO and start of service for professional drivers – fuel payment online for owners of the service cards "OPTI 24". The service card as a payment method appears automatically – identification takes place by the phone number.

We developed functionality of integration of the service card with the application of gas station.GO that professional drivers had an opportunity to refuel, without going out of the car. It is not just a comfort element, but also a security issue as such method of gas station minimizes contacts with personnel and visitors at the station. Further we will add functionality of online payment to the customized application for corporate clients of OPTI 24, notes the director of regional sales of PJSC Gazprom Neft Alexander Krylov.

Gas station.GO – the Russian mobile application for fuel online payment released by vertically integrated company in December, 2018. Mobile application acts on stations of Gazpromneft and OPTI networks. Payment using the bank card, by loyalty program bonuses "To us on the way", the Apple Pay and Google Pay, through the group account is provided in the application of gas station.GO. For May, 2020 the monthly audience purchasing fuel online through the application of gas station.GO exceeds 150 thousand users.

2019: A cashback of 10% if you pay with the World cards

On February 26, 2019 reported Gazprom Neft that from March 1 to May 31, 2019 drivers, paying fuel at Gazpromneft gas Station through the application of gas station.GO using World cards of the payment service provider, will receive return of 10% of cost of purchase for the bank card. On December 24, 2018 "Sberbank" reported that acted as the partner providing payment processing on to bank cards, attached in mobile application gas station.GO — own development of the company "Gazprom Neft". The application allows to pay fuel at seti «gazprom neft gas Station with the help smartphone based on operating systems Android or iOS.

Partnership of Sberbank and Gazprom Neft company will allow motorists holders of bank cards to perform filling of the machine with fuel quickly (without queues) and it is safe (using the bank card, Apple Pay services). Clients can also select from the application of gas station with the best price of fuel.

The application is available to downloading in App Store and Google Play.

The motorist can make payment, without going out of the car, using the linked bank card or using ApplePay. Mobile application for December, 2018 is supported on 100 gas stations in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Until the end of 2018 the number of the gas station connected to service will reach 200 stations. In 2019 online payment of gas station in mobile application will be available on all network Gazpromneft gas Station in Russia. Next year the application will develop as the single interface for motorists and professional drivers, banks and partners will be involved in cooperation.

For the first time in Russia mobile application for payment of fuel is released by vertically integrated oil company. This product is created within the strategy of digital transformation of Gazprom Neft, all development cycle of the application was conducted in the company. The accumulated experience in the fuel market allows us to analyze customer needs and to predict their requests.
