Genplace service (till 2019 - "The ingenious headquarters" or abbr. General Staff) was created by the Chelyabinsk auditor and consulting company "Avuar" which senior partner is the former vice governor of Chelyabinsk region Alexey Ovakimyan. Genplace offers outsourcing of the services of the accountant, personnel officer, lawyer, financier, personal assistant in most automated type transferred to the online mode.

Renaming of service
In September, 2019 service was renamed from General Staff into Genplace. The brand was developed in the spring, but filling by its functionality appeared later - in September, Alexey Ovakimyan explained TAdviser.
Free version of Genplace
On April 25, 2019 there was a single free platform for consolidation of the financial and management reporting online.
As it was reported, the specialized platform integrates in one service: tax, accounting and managerial accounting, document flow, personnel office-work, management of the bank account and assessment of financial risks of the company.
The Genplace interface allows to create and sign primary documents of the company in one application, to predict cash gaps, to plan transactions, to estimate their risks, to see financial results in real time.
By means of the platform it will be possible to manage bank payments, to automatically carry out the analysis of financial data and to keep account at once on several projects at the same time.
Development of the platform assumes robotization of 40% of standard accounting transactions that will significantly accelerate accounting.
Service works as follows: incoming documents get to accounting base through an electronic document management system, and internal and outgoing - through the internal designer of documents. All entered data automatically are verified. Check of partners and integration with bank are built in service. Thus the reporting becomes more operational, and management accounting is carried out on the basis of accounting online.
Service is equipped a task manager and the chat-bot of consulting support, and all operations can be performed, being authorized through a personal account. For comfortable work with a system there is a personal manager.
On start the platform gives the chance to everyone free of charge to keep management accounting and to use service of document flow.
2016-2017: Start of service
Mass start of General Staff service is planned for February, 2017, the senior partner Asset Alexey Ovakimyan told TAdviser. General Staff provides services outsourcing of the accountant, the personnel officer, the lawyer, the financier, the personal assistant which can use online: via the website and mobile application for platforms iOS and Android.
Service robotizes services and provides to the client an information access about its business in a simple type. If to take, for example, accounting, then the main work is a data transfer from paper in the computer here. At the same time information which is available in accounting programs is inconvenient for use by the ordinary person, Ovakimyan explains. Electronic document management systems, the accounting programs, Internet bank existing for a long time were integrated into mobile application General Staff, and information in it is issued in a type clear to the normal manager.
In the application the customer can see what happens to his finance - information is updated automatically and also to set tasks to the outsourcer, to control their execution, to get advice and the additional information in the correspondence mode. It concerns also other directions of services in addition to accounting.
The clients receiving Asset before service of traditional service of outsourcing became the first users of service. For the beginning of February about 100 companies use General Staff. Alexey Ovakimyan notes that clients are a little conservative and slowly pass to a new form of service. Afterwards he expects Bol the active growth of number of clients.
Outsourcing of accounting services exists long ago, but because in the majority either freelancers, or the small companies were engaged in it, this idea of rather strongly discredited, the senior partner believes Asset. There was it, according to him, on two basic reasons. The first - the outsourcer does not bear responsibility, the second - often not comfortably to communicate with the outsourcer, unlike regular specialists who are nearby.
"The ingenious headquarters" considers these factors, Ovakimyan says. Responsibility of the outsourcer registers in the agreement with the client, and for comfortable communication that the outsourcer was always "near by" and in access, the IT solution with the website allowing to interact far off with the client was created.
One of differences of General Staff from similar services Alexey Ovakimyan calls that they are generally done to Itshniki which under service gather an accounting team. Creation of General Staff went on other way: his creator - the auditing, accounting company which long ago in the market, and the IT solutions allowing to render service in the remote mode were added to accounting competences, he says.
The cost of services begins from 7 thousand rubles a month and further varies depending on turnovers and the level of use of electronic document management at customer organization. The price of services in General Staff is lower, than keeping of own specialists or outsourcing of their services in traditional model, Ovakimyan says.
Founders of service calculate that General Staff will promote attraction of bigger number of clients from other regions. The main part of clients of normal outsourcing for the company is made by the organizations of Chelyabinsk region. If the company - the advanced user of electronic document management is also ready to use electronic services - its location in Russia is not so important, Ovakimyan notes.
