Geoinformation data set of RuMap

The digital product "RuMap" developed by Geocentre-Consulting Ltd represents the uniform integrated geoinformation data set containing the vector description of all territory of the Russian Federation. The product is created in the ArcGIS software package in the form of files of shape and geographical databases (GDB).

The following layers are a part of "RuMap":

1. Administrative division of the Russian Federation

• borders of the states
• borders of federal districts of the Russian Federation
• borders of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation.
• municipal districts and city districts.
• administrative regions of the cities.
• certain quarters, residential districts, settlements in the rank of residential districts which are a part of larger administrative divisions.

2. Localities of the Russian Federation.

3. Topographical objects

• hydrographic network
• vulgar topographical objects (vegetation, hydrography, quarters of localities, etc.)
• swamps

4. Road network and transport infrastructure

• highways and streets of localities
• circuits of the areas
• railroads
• objects of transport infrastructure (railway stations, airports, piers, stations of the subway)
• subway lines
• road constructions (bridges, tunnels, platforms, dams)

5. Buildings and constructions:

• circuits of buildings and constructions
• points of the addresses.

6. Interest points (points of interest, POI)

7. Columns of traffic Features of geoinformation RuMap set are:

• variable detail of data depending on the territory;
• an opportunity to vary detail, quantitative and attributive structure of data depending on an assigned task;
• administrative binding of all referred to as objects.

These features do "RuMap" by a universal product which each user can configure under the needs.

Within execution of works length of the graph of traffic is at the moment increased more than by 41,000 kilometers, including:

• extent of public roads is increased by 28795 kilometers;
• extent of intra quarter drives is increased 5910 kilometers;
• extent of drives on parkings and garages is increased 1219 kilometers;
• extent of pedestrian roads is increased by 5266 km.

Total length of the graph for the 2016th year is more than 126,000 km.

Updating of December, 2017 of the geoportal of Geocentre-Consulting Ltd

Now it is possible to recommend the map.digimap portal to foreign colleagues and friends as now we have transliterated versions of cartographic substrates. Thanks to the new principles in data structure and approaches to a design, in design of the card there were significant changes:

On the card:

• the addresses are written more accurately;
• buildings differ in color (depending on building type);
• display of borders of administrative-territorial objects (borders of federal and municipal districts, regions, settlements, city quarters) is improved;
• objects from topographic maps are added (elements of a relief, a transmission line, a glade, glaciers, quarters of localities and other);
• the new color scheme for topoobjekt is proposed (the woods, water bodies, quarters);
• borders of especially protected natural territories are added.

A large number of changes was made regarding display of roads:

• names of streets became more accurate, information on road conditions is added (pedestrian zones, streets with one-way traffic, unfinished routes);
• information on helipads is added;
• display of bridges, outcomes and other road constructions is improved;
• rooms of congresses on MKAD are added;
• lines and metro stations are displayed by the flowers corresponding to the scheme of the subway;
• railway stations and platforms are differently displayed;
• stations and exits of MTsK are added;
• display is improved and signatures for stops of public transport are added, tram stops are separately selected;
• signatures and icons of the subway are completely processed;
• etc.

Except changes in design of the card, on the portal also new functionality is added:

• service of public transport is connected;
• the feature for viewing the name of the selected stop and routes passing through it is added;
• the feature for viewing reference designations (legend) for thematic layers is added;
• there was a possibility of obtaining information on all objects, the included thematic layers, in the set point;

Updating of June, 2017 of the geoportal of Geocentre-Consulting Ltd

The complete covering (houses, the addresses, roads) not less than on 19 cities of the Russian Federation will be added to structure of the new version of a product. At the same time the company conducts large-scale works on updating of a covering of the territory of the Moscow region. Since April, 2017 the covering of the specified territory was replenished more than on 400,000 circuits of buildings, including in the territory of Domodedovo, Odintsovo, Ramenskoye of areas and ave.

In version 2.1. Geoportal of Geocentre-Consulting Ltd:

• The mechanism of creation of zones of availability to pedestrians, cars is implemented (taking into account and without traffic jams)
• the Show All Route function when which using the extent of the card is displaced in such a way that the route is located in the center of a visible extent of the card is added
• copying of the link to a current status of the card and tools became more convenient
• the mechanism of work with a side bar is changed (now the necessary tabs will open at turning on of the tool)

In work of the geoportal geoservices of own development of Geocentre-Consulting Ltd which can be used for the projects concerning import substitution are used.

Updating of May, 2017 of the geoportal of Geocentre-Consulting Ltd

At the heart of the portal there are data of the Uniform universal geoinformation data set of 'RuMap' and services of Geocentre-Consulting Ltd.

In comparison with the previous version:

• The interface of the portal became easier and convenient
• Mechanisms and methods of laying of routes are seriously processed. The following options of laying of routes are available:
• from search results:
• from a context menu (cliques according to the card the right mouse button):
• on a route territories with limited access are selected
• with a possibility of adding of intermediate points of a route through the toolbar
• with a possibility of adding of intermediate points of a route on the card
• with a possibility of change of the sequence of points of a route on the toolbar
• navigation on route by means of the route sheet
• display of the current traffic congestion and also statistical forecast
• The context menu using which it is possible is added:
• receive the object address by clicking on it, and if necessary – to copy coordinates
• by clicking on the address in a context menu to obtain expanded information on the address
• The card display mode in works 3D is implemented:
• When copying the link, all settings of the card (included in tools, viewing angles, the constructed route) are saved, thus, information exchange became more convenient.

RuMap Augustus - 2016

Specialists of the company do considerable work as a result of which the new version of a data set the following changes were made:

• The Tver region and the city of Tver are updated to scales 1:100,000 and 1:10 a.m. 000, respectively;
• the territory of the city settlement of Nakhabino is updated;
• the works on integration into RuMap of municipal districts of the Moscow region are completed. At the same time 19 areas are integrated completely (the graph is dear + at home), at the same time, Zaraysky, both the Klin and Mozhaisk municipal districts were partially updated, (and Mozhaisk - regarding houses).

Updates concerned also the territory of Moscow, namely:

• the graph of roads within MKAD is updated;
• the graph of roads outside MKAD in territories of urban development is updated;
• houses in the territory of new Moscow are updated (an order, 95% of all houses located in the territory of new Moscow);
• the overpass on the 87th kilometer of a stage of Mikhnevo-Zhilevo of the Moscow Railway is added.

Except the above-mentioned, updating territories of the Republic of Crimea where concerned:

• the graph of roads on all republic is updated;
• 17 localities are updated to scale 1: 10,000.

Also to scale 1: 10,000 65 localities of the Republic of Dagestan were updated.

On the territory of the Russian Federation administrative-territorial objects, such as city settlements, rural settlements, mezhselenny territories and other were worked completely out. All data retrieveds were added to upgraded version of RuMap.

In this version

• the quantity of the addresses is increased more than by 100,000 points;
• the quantity of circuits of buildings and constructions increased more than by 1,500,000;
• total length of highways increased more than by 70,000 km.
• extent pedestrian expensively increased by 5,000 km.
