Geonaft

Product
Developers: Geonaft (Geonavigation technologies)
Branches: Mineral extraction
Technology: GIS - Geographic information systems

"Геонафт" is the modular software package intended for comprehensive engineering support of drilling of the oblique directed and horizontal wells for the purpose of the most effective and safe wiring of a trunk in the target horizon.

2020: Description of opportunities of the Geonaft PC

The Geonaft PC allows to define stratigraphic location of the well in the course of drilling and also to predict change of structure of layer.

Petrophysical and geomechanical and geonavigation modules of the software package "Geonaft" allow to build models at all stages of construction of the well: preboring modeling, drilling maintenance in real time and at an analysis stage of results of drilling and preparation of final model of the field.

In the whole Geonaft PC allows to carry out the following tasks:

  • Creation of model of geonavigation with synthetic curves of GIS which are going to be written in the course of drilling.
  • Consolidation of structural geological model, petrophysical data and logging during drilling in the uniform concept for geonavigation of the well.
  • Creation of reports on the course of geonavigation and formation of recommendations on drilling.
  • Decision making about a well trajectory based on comparison of synthetic and actual logging.
  • Optimization and correction of a trajectory of the horizontal / oblique well.
  • Creation of interborehole correlation.
  • Data visualization in three-dimensional space.
  • Petrophysical data analysis.
  • Creation of geomechanical model.
  • Formation of the final report.

Allows to solve all above described problems of "Geonaft" with the speed as close as possible to a real-time mode (the only restriction – on the speed of upload of new data by the user).

The Geonaft PC is included in "The unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases".
