Performance monitor - the instrument of detection of new problems for the purposes of timely reaction on the arising tasks.

Description

The monitor of performance works only at the territory of the customer, does not require Internet access and to an on-line part of services. Emergence of problems with data entry or information output causes operation of the monitor - the timely notification (by mail) of the responsible official about need of intervention. An additional bonus of a system - display of "superlong" transactions.

Makes the analysis of a system status and informs as on decline in production on the basis of APDEX (dead time at execution of operations), and on unavailability of work (dead times because of impossibility of execution of operations), in the range of 5-15 minutes.

Decline in production:

• indicators ^[1] in dynamics in the last 5-15 minutes
• indicators of APDEX in dynamics in the last hour

Allows to estimate a downtime of users because of system errors:

• Analyzes indicators:
  • Conflicts of blocking and deadlocks
  • Falling of workflows (dump)
  • Problems with licenses
  • the Other causes leading to idle times (there is no disk space, the base is not detected, error 10061, Couldn't resolve host)

Puts in order notifications by errors on e-mail.
