MANAGEMENT OF DISCRETE PRODUCTION

This complex is intended for the solution of the following tasks:

• Volume - scheduling (MRP)
• On the basis of the sales plan the complex creates the release schedule of finished goods, parts and assembly units. After that the enlarged podetalno-step-by-step plan of production and * transfers of kits of parts and assembly units is calculated.
• Production capacity planning (RCCP)
• The complex creates the enlarged requirement plan in production capacities and labor resources.
• Quickly – scheduling (MES)
• The complex allows to create the plan of utilization of capacity to within the necessary value (days, hours, minutes). At the same time making changes in volume plans taking into account impracticability of the production program is possible.
• Planning of materials and material flows
• On the basis of the release schedule of finished goods and data on the actual remaining balance of materials in warehouses, the complex creates the requirements plan in materials and the delivery plan of raw materials. The possibility of automatic formation of supplier orders on supply of raw materials and materials is provided.
• Scheduling and production control (DPU)
• The complex allows to exercise flow control of the made parts and assembly units on transactions, orders, batches and series. At the same time a system controls the actual accomplishment of plans and the production program. On the basis of information on deviations from the plan the procedure of replanning is performed.
• Management of a complete set
• Especially important for productions with difficult single-piece or small-lot production. On the basis of the release schedule and structure of a product, the complex allows to create planned structure of a set on each unit of the made product, then changes in structure of a set are reflected in the production schedule and the production program.
• Maintaining design documentation
• The complex allows to conduct base of specifications according to the ESKD standard. If necessary integration with CAD/CAM systems is possible.
• Maintaining technology documentation
• The complex allows to conduct base of process flows on production of parts and assembly units according to the ESTD standard.
• Product quality control (QM)

At a complex there are means of carrying out data analysis, received during product quality measurements in real time on the basis of information arriving from production level, ensuring due quality control, identification of the critical points and problems requiring special attention.
