On October 11, 2024, the Kalashnikov concern presented the Goliaff unmanned aerial vehicle, designed to destroy manpower. This drone is used in the zone of special military operation (v).

The drone is made according to the quadcopter scheme with four bearing screws. The developers did not disclose its technical characteristics in the interests of the military. It is only known that the mass of the equipped device is a little more than 1 kilogram. The Goliaff is transported in a special case with a built-in battery charging system. Control is carried out using a small remote control developed by specialists of the Kalashnikov concern. This controller is equipped with a built-in display, the image to which is transmitted from the on-board camera. The device is launched from a small stand.

Unmanned aerial vehicle "Goliaff"

The drone is designed to conduct aerial reconnaissance in real time, capture and track the target at the command of the operator, defeat unarmored vehicles and personnel. The drone allows you to receive intelligence around the clock. It is noted that when creating Goliaff, the developers took into account all the comments and recommendations of the participants in the hostilities, in particular, they introduced a return mode to the take-off point in case of loss of communication. Transportation cases for the drone are available in two trim levels: with one and six devices.

The new complex with unmanned aerial vehicles "Goliaff" of the Kalashnikov concern successfully completed testing in the zone of a special military operation. In the future, the possibility of equipping such complexes with the first stages of the tactical link of power structures for the effective performance of combat missions is being considered, the developers said in a statement.[1]
