2018: Advertizing rebranding
On June 27, 2018 Google announced the largest rebranding in the advertizing. The company refused to use the names DoubleClick and AdWords, having preferred to separate the products into three main directions:
- Google Ads ("Google Advertising");
- Google Ads Manager ("Google Manager of Advertising");
- Google Marketing Platform.
