Guardant Armor helps to protect the program from illegal copying. It is reached by means of use of technologies of obfuscation and virtualization of the code.

  • Obfuscation — technology of complication of the code of the program. Using this method, in the application the functionality in full remains, but the program code becomes so difficult that it cannot almost be analyzed.
  • Virtualization of the code — technology of replacement of an application code with the pseudo-instructions generated using protection gears of Guardant:
  • Certain code locations will be transformed to secure system of commands of the unique interpreter which provides their accomplishment in the fullness of time.
  • At protection of the same application every time is generated a new copy of a pseudo-code with own logic and a command set. Thus, instructions of a pseudo-code can be carried out only on that interpreter for which the bytecode was generated.
  • The interpreter is also responsible for protection of instructions of a pseudo-code and itself from modification.

The system of virtualization of the Guardant code - the difficult, multilevel protective technology steady against static and dynamic analysis.
