Industry solutions - the application for flow calculation of fuel on construction and special equipment without installation of the fuel level sensor.

On November 19, 2016 the company announced Herds the created software for calculation of costs of fuel when using special equipment.

Calculation is made on the basis of data on engine speed and the measured fuel consumption rates. Load of the engine at different operation modes is considered:

• at the single and working course,
• during the work with the connected power takeoff device
• during the operation of additional mechanisms.

After a vybir of an object and a time frame the application will help the user to create a detailed report by parameters:

• start time and ends of workflow;
• initial and final location of the equipment;
• operating time;
• fuel consumption.

The general time of machine-hours, equipment employment duration at working and single turnovers are reflected in the table of the report on an operating time. In the report on fuel consumption the actual value of fuel consumption at different operation modes of the equipment is automatically calculated. For viewing the summary report the possibility of its export to Excel, both on the selected objects, and on all vehicle fleet is implemented. The application is applicable for any kind of special equipment or construction transport with the additional hardware.
