For our purposes, we used the Adaptation module of the HCM platform TalentTech with a chatboat and a mobile application. The module forms an employee adaptation track, all tasks are presented in game form. Importantly, there is a special application for mentors. With the introduction of the adaptation module, we wanted to convey the company's HR culture to newcomers to the "remote" through a digital product, involve young employees of generation Z in the onboarding process, and also introduce a tool for mentors, "said Ksenia Kryukova, chief recruitment specialist at Severstal CES.
