HP Elite x3

HP Elite x3 is the smartphone with flagman characteristics and the Windows 10 Mobile operating system.

On February 21, 2016 HP Inc. provided the mobile device of HP Elite x3.

The device with Windows 10 Mobile is capable to replace phone, the tablet, the notebook and the desktop computer. Users will be able to work with key office applications, freely moving between different computing environments.

HP Elite x3 is equipped with 5.96-inch AMOLED display with the QHD resolution of 2560x1440, a top chipset of Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 with four cores at a frequency of 2.15 GHz and 4 GB of RAM. 64 GB of a fixed memory are provided, the slot for cards microSD up to 1 TB is combined with the slot for the second SIM card^[1].

Bitlocker data encryption is supported. The main camera - 16 megapixels, frontal - 8 MT. A media system is provided by stereoloudspeakers from Bang & Olufsen on a front panel. The scanner of an iris of the eye of an eye and the fingerprint reader are provided.

The accumulator with a capacity of 4150 mAh uses USB Type-C port for charging. The body of the device provides protection against dust and moisture on class IP67 and maintains falling from height of 1 m according to the military MIL-STD 810G standard.

The docking station allows connection of the periphery and image output on the monitor screen. Mobile Extender is executed in the form of the notebook with the 12.5-inch screen, the keyboard, the touchpad, Ethernet and USB ports, the accumulator on 48 W/h. The smartphone can be connected to a docking station on wireless connection.

For February 22, 2016 the cost of HP of Elite x3 is not known, as well as exit terms. The smartphone is focused on business users.
