On February 29, 2016 HP Inc announced the cloud PrintOS operating system created in attempt change approach to production of printed materials.

- Site Flow is responsible for the automated transfer of orders and also management of prepress and management of transactions — the application is intended for the customers working according to the scheme Business-to-Business and the business business consumer (Business-to-Business-to-Consumer). Using Site Flow it is possible to offer attractive quotations and the high levels of service, daily executing at the same time hundreds, thousands or tens of thousands of personalized orders for printing, including with delivery of finished goods to clients.
Owners of Indigo and PageWide Web Press HP printing machines can get to work with PrintOS on May 31, 2016. Applications will be available within service contracts, and others will begin to be provided on a subscription for a monthly payment or with payment depending on use volumes.
It is expected that PrintOS OS will be available to Scitex HP printing machines and Latex HP printers in 2017.
