HP Z440 Workstation is the workstation of series Z. It is created on the basis of the multi-core processor and high-speed memory.

On September 8, 2014 the HP company provided new models of the workstations of series Z constructed on the platform of multi-core processors and high-speed memory.

HP Z640 Workstation

The product is equipped with the newest processors of the Xeon family, professional graphics adapters Nvidia and AMD.

The compatibility with the high-speed Thunderbolt 2 interface provides fast transfer of big files, the technology of HP Z Turbo Drive excludes problems with information storage, HP Performance Advisor automatically traces system performance, and HP Remote Graphics Software opens opportunities for remote joint work over projects with difficult graphics. In addition to the Windows 7 or 8.1 operating systems from Microsoft, a wide choice of OS on the basis of Linux is offered.

The new worker of the station of series Z uses the chassis with the integrated fixture which is not requiring tools for access to components and almost not using cables - according to creators, it provides simplicity of service, efficiency and unlimited opportunities for expansion of a system. The workstation is equipped with the connector for charging of mobile devices.

In composition for 14% faster modules of memory of DDR4 and the optimized BIOS, they ensure the increased performance and data security.

Sales of the workstation are expected in October, 2014.
