2019: Integration with internal to the systems of clients

On October 1, 2019 the HeadHunter company announced the appeared opportunities of Virtual Recruiter service for the companies with the needs for mass personnel recruitment. Now service can be integrated with internal to the systems of clients in whom recruiting processes are performed.

"The virtual recruiter" defines suitable audience by artificial intelligence technologies and makes candidate screen by phone, through chats and a video interview. And later announces interlocutors result: refuses or invites to a conversation with the "living" recruiter. Unlike mailing on all base, messages come to candidates who with high probability would respond to a vacancy. Besides, "The virtual recruiter" considers whether the summary, probably whether it for the employer is active, whether the applicant permitted to send it letters. Thanks to it conversion of messages in responses, and negative effect which bulk mailings or call-downs usually have increases becomes less.

On July 10, 2018 the HeadHunter company announced start of Virtual Recruiter service. According to developers for July, already 100 virtual recruiters of HeadHunter work Russia, 24/7 across all territory, Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

Our purpose — to make service which will increase efficiency of hiring due to more exact selection of correct candidates and due to acceleration of contact with target candidates, but not due to increase in a flow. A system will solve two global problems: will increase a flow of candidates and will accelerate preliminary selection.
