2020: Representation of the ACS with function of remote temperature measurement of a body

On April 21, 2020 the Hikvision company presented at the Russian market the complete solution on access control based on own intellectual technology of temperature measurement of the person.

"Events of 2020 already changed the market of control and management systems for access (ACS). Now clients — from offices and banks to the airports and educational institutions — look for tools which allow to identify quickly and safely people with the increased temperature and also to ensure effective functioning of a check system. Our solution is constructed based on the updated line of control systems of access and intelligent thermal imagers with a measuring accuracy up to 0.5 °C",

Specialists of Hikvision integrated the ACS with the systems of face recognition and temperature measurement of a body with an accuracy of 0.5 °C. When the person passes through the checkpoint (the terminal, a tourniquet or the metaldetector) the thermovision module automatically determines temperature. If she within regulation, a system permits pass. In case of exceeding of the set parameter a system prohibits pass on the territory of an object and sends the notification to the operator. Thus, the updated solution ACS of Hikvision identifies employees and visitors with the increased body temperature, keeps their account in real time. The built-in system of face recognition allows to build effective work of the check point both for permanent staff, and for verification of admissions for visitors. Speed of recognition is less than 0.5 seconds on one person. As of April, 2020 similar solutions are already used on several large objects of China — at the Beijing international airport, Fudan University, National hospital at Peking University.

"Depending on scales of the project and a specific objective which will be solved by the ACS we offer clients different opportunities for information analysis which is collected by a system. She can keep a time recording, statistics of attendance, to exercise control and verification of admissions. Our engineers also provided a possibility of expansion of number of departments of a measure of growth of the company and implemented support of the "floating" schedule of employees. A system is easily scaled: if necessary it is possible to increase the number of ACS terminals. Using a single software platform it is possible to set up far off the equipment, to enter to base of new people, to browse errors, to check the statuses of devices. Depending on the sizes of an object and scale of the project we propose server solutions and the convenient compact systems which can be managed from the PC or the mobile device",

For creation of an intelligent system of access control with function of temperature measurement Hikvision offers several options:

  1. Floor DS-K5604A-3XF/V terminal
  2. the Terminal of access for installation DS-K1T671TM-3XF to a wall or on a floor
  3. Module of face recognition and temperature measurement of a body of DS-K5671-3XF/ZU
  4. the Arch metaldetector with the two-spectral thermal camera IDS-SMG318LT-F

According to the statement of the producer, the presented solution for the organization of points through passage on the basis of thermovision technologies will become the next step towards further development of control systems of access and their adaptation under the existing requirements of modern society.
