Homnet Faktoring

The Homnet Leasing company announced in September, 2015 release of the Factoring software product intended for automation operational, regulated and the international accounting of factoring transactions. The solution is available to the leasing companies in the form of the add-on module to functionality of the industrial system "Homnet Leasing 14"; for financial institutions — as the independent product "Homnet Faktoring".

In the conditions of the developed unstable political and economic situation, financial institutions are forced to resort to "anti-recessionary" measures: to search of new sales markets, reduction in cost of processes, implementation of new products, such as retail leasing and factoring. These actions, require existence of the developed automation equipment.

Considering requirements of the Russian market of factoring services, the Homnet Leasing company developed the software product with the qualitative functionality which is not requiring completions at implementation, and covering a broad spectrum of relevant problems of modern financial institution, the rendering service of factoring. At design and development of the Factoring software product specialists of Homnet Leasing company used the best industry techniques and practicians who are saved up by the company for five years' experience of automation of factoring activity. The functionality of the software product is developed on the basis of successful experience of projects implementation in the companies: Absolyut Leasing, Cisco Capital, Katerpillar Faynenshl, "MAN Faynenshial Servises".

In an information system for automation of factoring transactions the following functionality is implemented:

• accounting of contractual relations with Creditors and Debtors,
• calculation of payment schedules of Debtors,
• control of obligation fulfillment by Debtors,
• calculation of diagrams of the commissions of Creditors,
• reflection of transactions in accounting and tax accounting,
• reflection of operations in accounting according to IFRS.

The Factoring software product has several advantages among which: the simplicity of implementation, flexible parametrical configuration allowing to consider features of work on different schemes with different Creditors and Debtors; automation of routine transactions, saving of time and decrease in an error probability as result increase in transparency of accounting, speed of preparation of operational reports, increase in efficiency of personnel.
