The Huawei company provided in the spring of 2013 IT solution on providing complex digital services. This first solution integrating provision of services, ensuring business processes and resource management in one packet.
The solution Digital OpenCloud is designed to organize interaction of the telecom operator with providers of additional services and also directed to development of the IT strategy allowing to raise profit on use of digital technologies. Che Haiping, the technical director and the vice president of the direction of development of operator software and solutions for reference networks of Huawei company, noted: "DOCloud helps operators to undergo process of digital transformation of networks which will require a new format of business as the profit got within an ecosystem has bigger value, than traditional profit earning from digital online services". To become the driving force of an ecosystem of digital services, the operator needs to move towards technology trends and real-time control that is reached when using IT architecture of new generation. The solution DOCloud increases quality of services for the end user, improves partner interaction and customers due to use of the integrated services and business processes.
