Huawei OceanStor T

On January 23, 2013 the Huawei Company announced release of not having analogs in the industry of solutions of data storage of OceanStor T with support of interfaces of 16 Gbps of the Fibre Channel and 12 Gbps of SAS.

In the solutions OceanStor T for the first time in the industry support of interfaces of 16 Gbps of the Fibre Channel and 12 Gbps of SAS is implemented. It will allow to double capacity of each channel between servers and storage devices and also between controllers of storage devices and disk arrays. Besides, products of the OceanStor T series have modular architecture, support hot swap, intermodular reservation and load distribution. The combination of these technologies allows to create the storage infrastructure guaranteeing the high performance, big scalability and exclusive reliability — everything that is necessary in the conditions of increase in demand for resources of data warehouses in the course of permanent development of applications, networks and data warehouses. The new solution will allow to provide the maximum payback.
