Doctrix Assessment Center is the system of certification and personel assessment.

On September 1, 2015 the i-Sys company announced entry into the market of the automation system of certification and personel assessment of Doctrix Assessment Center. The product helps to plan development, to create a talent pool and to carry out certification according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.

The software solution increases effective management of personnel, reduces business costs, helps quickly analyze competence and reveal talents.

The product uses techniques, including "360 degrees", automatically asking questions according to the employee to the corresponding colleagues. There is a possibility of easy import of any questionnaires and tests, including psychological and professional. Estimates are anonymous. A system reveals not only talents, but also the nonprofessional employees who are not respecting the corporate, legislative or ethical rules.

According to the results of assessment the "Individual development plan" assisting in increase in employee competences with assistance of the mentor is created. The employees who implemented the plan and gained high points are enlisted in a talent pool with determination of tactical and strategic positions. In the organization the accurate and clear schedule system of career is created, the loyalty and competence increases, personnel turnover decreases.

Doctrix Assessment Center is equipped with a subsystem of the certification and testing executing all processes according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. There is a creation of annual plans of certification and orders, quarter plans of certifications, the choice of divisions, appointment of certifying commissions and elements of document flow.
