The I-Teco company announced in November, 2014 release of a new product – automated information system "Corporate tickets" which gives to clients the chance to purchase air tickets using an Internet widget and a cloud solution.
Demand for air transportation increases in the modern world from year to year. According to data of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), for 2013 airlines transported 3.129 billion people. This digit is 5.1% more, than in 2012. Also IATA predicts further growth of number of passengers by 31% by 2017 concerning an indicator of the 2012th.
With the advent of electronic versions of tickets process of purchase became simpler, directly involving a set of the organizations. It and the airlines performing sale via own websites, and such popular services as Expedia, Skyscanner, Anywayanyday and Aviasales allowing to armor flights at different airlines and to compare their offers.
Answering market calls, the I-Teco company developed own solution for the Russian organizations – the Corporate Tickets system intended for purchase of air tickets.
The complex implements the following functions:
- Possibility of acquisition and execution of electronic air tickets both for physical, and for legal entities.
- Safe embedding in information infrastructure of the organizations with obtaining necessary data from external systems.
- Simultaneous search in several suppliers of tickets (GDS, airlines), aggregation of the acquired information in a form, convenient for the client.
- Support of setup of process of purchase at all its stages.
- Approval of acquisition phases between employees within an organization structure of the company.
- Provision of services on exchange and return of tickets in electronic form.
The AIS "Corporate Tickets" includes three components: the front system for ensuring customer interaction within acquisition process; the gateway of purchase of tickets keeping in contact with global distributors, airlines, the systems of settlement; external suppliers of information on armoring and payment.
The front system is made by the widget implemented in the form of the application which is built in a corporate portal of the organization or posted in social networks and also a cloud solution, access to which is provided on the Internet both for physical, and for legal entities.
