I-Teco: connectors 1C, SAP and ABBYY with IBM FileNet

The I-Teco company provided in March, 2013 new development – connectors for integration of corporate products 1C, SAP, ABBYY and the functional IBM FileNet platform.

For lack of business process automation on document handling of the organization even more often face problems of excess labor input of verification of paper originals, risk of loss or untimely approval of the important document, with the probability of duplication or emergence of errors when entering records into the accounting system of the company manually and also need of formation of excessively volume paper reports.

For overcoming similar difficulties specialists of I-Teco company created a series of connectors of 1C-FileNet, SAP FileNet and ABBYY-FileNet. These products are a part of complex projects on business process automation of management, financial and corporate document flow and also electronic archive, providing a profitable alternative to the service bus of the enterprise (ESB) which is traditionally applied in such cases.

Connectors 1C developed on the basis of technology of web services - SAP - and ABBYY-FileNet are used for the unified integration of the IBM platform with other corporate systems of the customer when implementing projects on system implementation of electronic document management.

Functionality of products includes:

• providing interfaces to external systems for interaction with products 1C, SAP and ABBYY executing extraction and data writing;
• data integration of corporate systems in real time;
• ensuring quality of implementable services, processing of exclusive situations of technology character;
• initiation of events of a system according to business logic;
• conversion of incoming messages to formats of direct systems (and vice versa).

Direct integration (point-to-point) on the basis of this solution provides access to the scan images of primary documents and also reduces quantity of errors and excludes a possibility of repeated data entry in the accounting system of the organization, reducing labor input of process. Use of connectors in end-to-end systems at implementation of IBM FileNet allows to automate such widespread procedures as acceptance of acts on rendering services, registration and reversal of invoices from contractors, formation on the basis of the list of data of SAP - or 1C systems of the document register for the tax inspection and primary accounting documentation during cameral checks.
