Integration with YouScore and adaptation for the Ukrainian market
On February 19, 2019, IBA Group announced that an IT solution has become available in Ukraine that is capable of identifying unreliable customers or counterparties with a high degree of probability even before cooperation with them. The Visual Analysis Studio (VAS) solution was adapted for the Ukrainian market by two companies - YouControl from Kyiv and IBA Group. In January 2019, the developers completed the integration and signed a memorandum of cooperation to consolidate the agreements on paper and jointly promote the solution on the Ukrainian market.
As noted in the IBA Group, VAS identifies direct and indirect relationships between existing or potential counterparties based on closed internal sources of the user: for example, information about clients and counterparties, a list of debtors, unreliable partners, credit rating. Workers no longer have to manually collect, aggregate and analyze corporate data. As a result, the user sees complex relationships in graphical form.
Closed information is compared with data from public registers of Ukraine. The sample is provided by the YouScore analytical system, which was developed by experts from YouControl. It collects information relevant for the time of request from more than 50 state registers and forms a dossier for each company or individual from Ukraine. According to information as of February 2019, there are 4.5 million registration data of enterprises and individuals, more than 60 million court documents, 300 thousand licenses and permits in the system. YouScore data is sent to the VAS via the API.
"It is important for Ukrainian business to introduce modern technological solutions in order to avoid cooperation with unreliable counterparties. Therefore, we combined YouControl's work on identifying links with Visual Analysis Studio. This will strengthen both products and make it possible to offer Ukrainian companies a really necessary tool. " Sergey Milman, founder and CEO of YouControl |
"Cooperation in the field of automation of multifactorial analysis of versatile information in order to identify financial frauds and corrupt schemes is under active development in Ukraine. This is caused by the requirements of both the legislation of modern Ukraine and the trend of digitalization of society, which is an integral reality of our life. And above all in the field of online services organizing the analysis and verification of business entities. " Sergey Baibara, director of IBA Ukraine |
