IBM Commerce Insights is the system of formation of an image of behavior of buyers, market conditions and business performance.

On December 14, 2015 the IBM company announced IBM Commerce Insights - a product for obtaining data and analytical outputs for assessment of products and acceptance of fast, effective solutions on stimulation of its sale.

IBM Commerce Insights helps to create in real time data on behavior of the buyers and market factors influencing the enterprise timely to find obstacles or opportunities for growth, to promote increase in sales volume and efficiency of a business activity.

A system collects data, combines them that allows specialists to gain an impression about buyers, goods and services, to establish defects, their basic reasons, to take measures for preserving of planned sales level and loyalty of buyers.

The Commerce Insights platform uses possibilities of Watson Analytics and its capability of natural languag processing and helps representatives of online trade to apply own key word to a research of trends in collected data, to define a course of actions, optimizing online business performance indicators.
