Technology: | Server platforms |
The computing Flex System p460 node provides computing opportunities of POWER7+ processors for interaction with high workloads.
The release of the solution is announced by the press service of corporation on August 8, 2013.
Description
The IBM POWER7+ technology differs in higher frequencies and (L3) with a big size of cache of 3 levels that allows to increase performance by 20% for the majority of workloads, and hardware consolidation of memory helps to reduce requirements to amount of memory without deterioration in performance.
Advantages
- The simplified work with the solution: management tools systems are capable to detect automatically nodes and to provide their configuration and fast deployment
- The built-in expert knowledge of IBM company in the field of integration and a configuration allows to carry out quicker deployment of systems, to receive result quicker.
