IBM Tivoli Netcool is family of solutions and it is intended for the integrated management of networks of telecom operators or large enterprises, by IT infrastructure. It provides monitoring of failures, localization of the faults and layer management provided service (SLA) in real time.

IBM Tivoli Netcool provides availability control, performance and safety of provision of services in all technology areas of infrastructure, including networks (IP, ATM, FR), mobile communication, the IP telephony, operating systems and servers, business applications, security aids, etc.
