IBS: Head's monitor

The IBS company developed in 2009 the Head's Monitor software product on the basis of technologies of Oracle. The solution is intended for control and the analysis of key production indicators of activity of the enterprises and considers specifics of the companies of the oil and gas, metallurgical, chemical industries. The developed solution representing the system of the analytical reporting is focused on top management of the companies. Within solution development procedures of collecting and data processing, a form of dashboards and analytical reports according to classification of parameters of the balanced scorecard, a set of the corresponding indicators were implemented.

A system is integrated with the information systems operating at the enterprise. The arriving data are collected and analyzed according to the set indicators and using interactive panels are displayed on the screen of computers of heads. Information can be detailed on type and a time frame, data are updated in real time.

In the solution the two-level model of data storage is implemented (historical, for previous periods, and operational). The scheme of storage is unified, i.e. allows to connect any new indicators without programming, only adding new entries in the dictionary of metadata.

"The head's monitor" integrates in itself the portal solution, the application for tablet computers and the designer of reports, provides stream processing and cumulative representation as the structured corporate data of the company, and unstructured these open sources (media and blogosphere).
