The assortment policy of trade enterprise – a subsystem "Assortment policy"

• Differentiation of opportunities for work with goods on objects and restriction of opportunities for work with all goods on each object is performed due to creation of different assortment matrixes for different objects and also assignment to goods of the statuses.
• An opportunity to create an unlimited number of assortment matrixes for each object.
• Operational tracking of efficiency of presence of goods at shops and support of the automatic notification of the manager at achievement of goods quantity of the assortment minimum set on this object.
• Existence of opportunities for creation of full-fledged AVS and XYZ analyses (user-friendly interfaces of work, different criteria of creation of analyses). ABC the analysis – a form of efficiency analysis of the management of trade inventories based on determination of a share of each goods in a goods turnover. XYZ the analysis – a form of efficiency analysis of management of trade inventories which allows to classify goods depending on stability of demand for them and the forecasting accuracy of changes in their requirement.
• Preserving in the system of all carried-out analyses, a possibility of unloading of the saved analyses for use of their results when calculating in other programs.
• Possibility of filling of assortment matrixes in compliance results of AVS and XYZ analyses.
• Providing first information support of formation of purchase orders of goods according to the current product demand with a possibility of manual correction of policy of the order of these goods.

Retail and wholesale of goods

• Possibility of creation of an unlimited number of price lists on an object, determination of the current price of sale proceeding from priority of price lists.
• Maintaining the price lists extending the action to an object group, a customer group, the list of goods. * Creation of price lists for holding promotion actions, setting a date of the beginning and the end of a promotion action.
• Emergence of the server of rules of loyalty which existence allows to create any desirable algorithms of calculation and providing discounts/margins on goods at their retail sale at present. In future releases of a system there will be opportunities to create algorithms of charge of bonuses and also calculation and providing discounts, both at retail sales, and at wholesales through delivery notes.
• Sale of the mechanism providing complex accounting of movements of fuel coupons including accounting at settlement with buyers.

Vendor interaction

• Ledger maintenance of purchases. A possibility of automatic and manual formation of invoices for payment for the services of suppliers and registration of the created invoices in the purchase ledger.
• Registration of agreements with service providers (cargo transportation, customs and any other).
• Formation of any number of documents of additional expenses at execution of goods receipt notes, creation of one document of additional expenses for several goods receipt notes. Documents of additional expenses contain cost data on additional expenses (transport, etc.) according to this delivery note with indication of the supplier of service.
• Possibility of pricing of sales of goods taking into account costs for transport and other additional services.

Interaction with external systems

Creation of a subsystem of "Open XML" implementing ideology of the open system on data exchange operating in a complex chain of the systems of trade enterprise; Subsystem of "Open XML":

• Allows to perform export of data on the unified XML format.
• Allows to perform tuning of the exported data: define an external system for which unloading is performed, to set categories of data for unloading.
• Performs "intellectual" export, making export only of the changed data at all repeated unloadings of information in the XML files intended for a certain external system.

Administration and convenience of work with a system

• The complete processing of the principles of distribution of access rights of users in a system directed to increase in customizability, simplification of logic of administration of access rights.
• Possibility of setup and configuration of databases of a system for remote objects from the central office.
