Power billing - a system for creation of uniform space of accounting from a uniform DB of the enterprise in the field of power and sale of the electric power.

2015: Energobilling for power engineering specialists

On December 2, 2015 ICL Solutions presented the billing solution "Energobilling".

A system is developed on the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform together with task force of power supply companies of JSC ESK RusHydro.

we had an understanding of the client who can be studied separately from the personal account. The client should have an opportunity to trace the debt regardless of his binding to some specific object of consumption. It is very important as upon property right transition this information is lost. The overpayment of the former pravoobladayetel can be enlisted in advantage of new. To the contrary, the debt of an old pravoobladayetel can pass to new. Therefore introduction of such entity as "client" is an important, key thing. The power supply company is not able to afford expensive solutions therefore billing should be on a pocket. Certainly, when choosing we considered also this aspect. Annual support and basic solutions cost money, but concerning other systems cost is less. At the same time I am convinced that we receive result which we order fully. Proposed solution is based on our understanding that we want: high-speed full-function and conditionally budget solution.
