ID-PPSS (Parts Picking and Sequencing System)

The system of selection of component parts - paperless selection on the basis of Pick-To-Light technology. In ID-Russia the software product is developed for ensuring communication with a management system of the top level (for example an ERP or WMS system), the staff of the company picked up and tested all necessary equipment for operation of modules.

Implementation of the Pick-To-Light technology based on use of sense lights for the indication of store cells of goods. The technology provides fast and faultless formation of a unique set of goods, parts, components under management and control of a corporate production system. It is applied on assembly lines, production and distributive warehouses. Automation of transactions of selection, sorting, inventory.
